Rivet Resource ("we", "us") provides a mobile app and website that answer questions and suggest products for aluminum travel-trailer owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airstream, Inc.
Information we collect
Trailer profile you enter: year, model line, and floor plan. Questions and photos you submit. Product searches. Account and purchase data Apple collects if you subscribe through the App Store. Email if you join the notify list or send a contact form. Basic device and usage data needed to run the service.
How we use it
To answer questions for your specific trailer, match products, improve accuracy, process subscriptions through Apple, and email you if you asked us to. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Apple processes App Store subscriptions. Cloud providers host the app and site. If you tap a product link, the merchant (for example Amazon) receives the click under their privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and security
We keep trailer profiles and questions while your account is active and for a reasonable period after. We use standard HTTPS and industry-typical cloud security. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can change or delete your trailer profile in the app. You can stop using the app and request deletion of account data by emailing hello@rivetresource.com. For App Store subscriptions, manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Children
Rivet Resource is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
